A Miyazaki native, Jun is a 1995 graduate of Kwassui Women’s University in Nagasaki, a 2000 graduate of Arizona State University’s Design School with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture (BLSA), and a 2003 graduate of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design with a Master in Landscape Architecture (MLA). She began at Shimizu in 2016 after previous work experiences in China’s Guangzhou (Canton), Nigeria, and the US, and promoted to the current position in 2021.
